  Got a call from the store in Federal Way Manager Christoper, thanking me for taking the time to do a survey and I thought that was good business and personal acknowledgement customer service. I needed a loan but since I'm rebuilding did not want another inquiry on my credit, but it was worth it. I got approved and was able to pick up my check and all this was done in 30 minutes time. Not saying I will always expect just take 30 minutes for a loan, but I happen to have all the things I needed to be approved. Reliable just keep on impressing over and over. I really thought they could not get even better, but they did. I will not go anywhere else, although the rates are a little higher I still think it's worth it especially if you are rebuilding. Because I pay them on time I have been able to get other credit cards from other department stores, master card and my credit score just keep on climbing up and up. I will never miss a payment or go anywhere else. They treat you good and they will help you if you trying to help yourself by paying on time and doing what you are suppose to be doing to help your account. So if you are rebuilding your credit or just want to do business with the best and tired of the rest please come to Reliable credit where your loan is in reliable hands.

  always fast and nice friendly staff. Not sure why the bad reviews the interest rate is high however you know that going in. Pay your bill and there are no issues.

  I'm just very disappointed today. I have been using Reliable Credit since March now, and it had been a fairly painless experience. Except the last few days... I decided to just use my bank account info as my payment option online instead of just my debit card number. Well somehow it linked to my savings instead of my checking account where I had the bill payment stored. So, Reliable Credit pulled from my savings account not once but twice trying to get the payment. Thus overreacting me twice. I called to remedy this and I got a "Well I don't really know what happened" answer, no remedy to the overdraft issue except to tell me to have my bank handle it, and now the woman says there is NO way she can possibly refund the $20 insufficient funds fee I was charged by Reliable Credit. So now I'm more than a little irritated. First of all, you really can't give me a $20 credit? I have plenty of proof to show that I had plenty of funds in the RIGHT account. And now you're leaving me to pray that my bank will reverse the $72 in overages this issue has costed me... I've always paid on time and never had issues. I guess that's why I am disappointed by this last experience.

  I feel like I'm babysitting this company! Anytime i call and actually talk to someone they say they will call back and they never do! I will never get a loan through this company again. Their customer service is horrible and they cannot answer the phone to save their lives. If you want to be on hold for 30 plus minutes this is the company for you! The only reason I'm still with them is when you can actually talk to someone they are friendly and helpful. If you can get ahold of anyone. Not recommended.
