  The staff gives amazing service and they remember me when I call. They're pro-active about making sure I know how my insurance works and that I'm getting all of my discounts. I also like that Brady supports local schools and giving organizations. It's important to me to support businesses that give back to my community.

  Nope. I think all the reviews are from friends. This agency is sketchy. This office was horrible and for several years, I had to put up with it. Then they tried removing my insurance on claims that I never submitted, but counted. If you pay for insurance and something goes wrong at no fault of yours, you are supposed to be covered. However, this firm thinks if anything goes wrong you will get removed from coverage, you will make it difficult for others to cover or insure you (which this office did and I was told it was removed, but after checking with other places they note his office marked "not insurable"), so I kept the letter from corporate saying it was removed to use at a later date. Needless to say a couple years later, I'm at another location and agent. I was fine till he opened his mouth and pretended to spout out something religious. It's hypocritical to say you wish best when you talk trash. Fake people annoy me and prove their integrity is limited. Run from this office. You're better off.
