- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2nd worst experience banking in my career. If it wasn't for the convenience of all there other locations. I would switch banks in a heartbeat. I was there with over 16 people in line with only 2 tellers. Quality customer service is not there priority anymore. Just ask where the business line went.By RICK SATO, March 30, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to get $40 in quarters, paid in cash. While attempting to do laundry I found 3 of the rolls were Canadian quarters. I took them back and the bank refused to take them claiming I was lying and couldn't prove I got the quarters from them. I dont remember the name of the teller I spoke to for 1 minute 2 days ago. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Be prepared for long lines. They have about three times as many windows than they do tellers. Four times as many desks/booths as they do employees there as well. 10+ people in line. Every 5 minutes or so another customer is leaving the bank before being helped. The line does not move even remotely quickly. Add insult to injury, lady with her clip board standing around watching and doing nothing. That's not what supervising is really all about. 10+ people in line, she should help... 3-4 pm on a Tuesday.By Mariam Greb, December 02, 2016
